revOLutions.

As a wheel moves both laterally and vertically in motion it creates rotation.
As the golf club swings laterally and vertically into the backswing, it creates rotation in the hands and forearms.
Which in turn creates one.
The resulting turn of the upper torso is in response to the force of the golf club. Force seeks flight and so determines the natural fluid rotation and hinge of the hands and wrists in the backswing.

Everything is in response to the force of the club.
The hands will shape the resulting body movements as they either move to support or attempt to delay.

Call it what you like, its an art and only the artist can decide.

Just be an artist.
